The SAKATA 3D PA-GF20-FR filament is a 3D printing material specifically developed for automotive and industrial applications. It is composed of a copolyamide (Nylon) reinforced with 20% glass fiber and thermally stabilized, which allows for excellent resistance and durability. Additionally, it incorporates a flame-retardant additive, which gives it a V-2 flammability rating according to UL94, making it ideal for parts that require a high level of safety. The glass fiber reinforcement provides greater dimensional stability and significantly reduces contraction and "warping" in printed pieces. Furthermore, it has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, with a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 180 degrees Celsius, which allows for parts that will be exposed to high temperatures to be printed without deforming. The filament is easy to print and is ideal for the manufacture of functional prototypes, molds, tools and final use parts. Made in Spain by POLIMERSIA GLOBAL S.L.
