ABS-E

Flexibles

Our flexible filaments developed by Sakata 3D Filaments are a unique product on the market. These materials, 100% biodegradable and compostable, arise as an alternative to TPU/TPE. In addition, they have the ease of printing of a PLA. These revolutionary filaments allow to obtain parts with a high degree of flexibility (89 Shore A and 85 Shore A).

ASA

The SAKATA 3D ASA filament offers resistance to UV radiation and outdoor aging much higher than ABS. Easy to print. It has a good adhesion to the bed and adhesion between layers. Ideal for the manufacture of parts with high mechanical requirements and exposed to weathering

PA (Nylon)

HIPS

The HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) filament of Sakata 3D Filaments is developed for the manufacture of parts that require high dimensional stability and good mechanical and insulation properties both thermal and electrical. It is mainly used as a support material for ABS, allowing to create complex parts in multi-material printers thanks to its high solubility in limonene.

PET-G

Our PET-G is characterized by its high mechanical performance, its resistance to weather and chemical compounds, mainly distinguished by its elasticity. Thanks to its composition, it makes it possible to create transparent or translucent parts (translucent colors), with sharp surfaces.

RE- (Reciclados)

The RE- filaments of Sakata 3D Filaments are made from materials recovered in the filament manufacturing process

These are spools manufactured between the production of two different colours that do not meet the chromatic specifications but with the technical specifications of the filament.
